Anyone is welcome to make, request, or
commission art of my characters as gifts!
These rules are only regarding the
use of my art, not drawing me things.

:bulletred: Please note my shitlist at the bottom. :bulletred:

I n  G e n e r a l . . .

1. Do NOT repost my art onto other websites without giving proper credit to me (include my username and/or a link to me or my original post).

2. Do NOT repost my art onto other websites without informing me. You do not have to ask for permission, but I would still like to know about it?? I'm more lenient about this though so long as I've been credited, at the very least.

3. Do NOT use my characters as images for "your" characters!! It's character theft, and it is one of the few things that never fails to make me very angry. I don't care if you "credit" me - I don't like it, so don't do it.
    * If you've broken any of my rules before, so long as you fix your mistake so that you ARE following my rules I won't mind :>

R e g a r d i n g  R e f e r e n c i n g ;  Do NOT trace my art. Do NOT edit over my art. I don't care if you think it's flattering; it's not your art being used. However, if you would like to reference (NOT TRACE!!) off my work, such as poses or what-have-you, this is fine; if you do so in a significant manner, I ask that you give me courtesy credit. Please don't reference off poses for gifts I've made for friends, though.
ps. It really should be obvious what I meant here, but I guess people prefer to immediately assume the worst as if I'm saying "credit me for generic poses!!1!" Lolno. Please use your brain, it's a waste not to. I'm obviously not talking about generic poses lmao

R e g a r d i n g  C o u r t e s y  C r e d i t ;  Courtesy crediting is when you credit an artist or particular artwork that inspired your artwork, or who did the original idea or thing first; this way, it doesn't make you look like you're taking all the credit or ripping them off. I've been ripped off and stolen from before (...repetitively), which has left a nasty lasting impression; so I greatly appreciate when people courtesy credit me should they be inspired by my work and create something strikingly similar. If you're uncertain, just message me!! And if I message you about it, please know that I'm only asking for courtesy credit; I would never start public drama or bully you to do anything (that would be rude??), and I'm totally open to conversation if you disagree with me! All I want is for us all to show the respect and appreciation we each deserve for our work and also as creative artists and people ♥

T o  O C  R a n t e r s ,  R e v i e w e r s ,  o r  C r i t i c s ;  You don't ever have to ask my permission to review or rant about my characters as long as you follow my "In General" rules above (crediting and informing). In regards to Mary Sue blogs who do not credit "to protect the creator": You need not worry, I am perfectly capable of playing with flamers without your "protection" (which can easily be surpassed by a simple Google search). ;>

I legitimately do welcome constructive feedback and a chance for possible improvement!! That's very important to me. Please be aware, however, that I will respond to your review or rant with my counter-arguments in tow, if I see the need to. If you did not read all of my character's information before you critiqued them - well, that's your mistake for being lazy and yet posting public criticism on something you don't even fully know about. Response-wise, I will certainly keep to my principle of treating you how you treat me. This also applies to your method of critique; for instance, if you make a public rant about my character (such as a Mary Sue blog post, for instance), don't be surprised if I respond in a public manner in-turn.

If you give me a deconstructive critique, I'll just make fun of you lmaoo.

:bulletred: Stella Walker
:bulletred: Lucie Kanda
:bulletred: AyaxAllen-AllenaxKanda / Allena-Kanda

The above people are not allowed to use my art or my characters under any circumstances. If you see them uploading my art or art of my characters, it is all stolen. They're repeat offenders, and contacting them made no difference.

If you are a DGM artist, especially with a medium-length or long-haired DGM OC paired with Allen or Kanda, you may want to check and see if they've stolen your art.

Willful disregard of my rules tells me
I have no reason to treat you with respect
since you can't bother to do so towards me.

You may not take this seriously, but I do.
I would greatly appreciate if you could oblige me on this.
Respect me, and I'll respect you in-turn. Thank you!
