Though it could be more of a gift plus personal art, I think xD

Ryu gave me a lot of wiggle room with Rahiem's design (I'm attached to his pre-evolution one >u> ) so I played a little with his uniform details and fake (Innocence) arm. He sure is a cutie 8'D

As for the colouring, hot dayum that was fun. I didn't add cell shade highlights this time around cuz I was playing so much with pink and yellow gradient overlays. I'll admit I'm pretty satisfied with the result ;7; What do y'all think?
